1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AR Property Viewer ("the Service") at realestate-ar.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AR Property Viewer is a mobile web application that uses augmented reality, GPS, and publicly available real estate data to display estimated property values, listing information, and related details overlaid on a live camera view. The Service is provided as-is and is intended for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract property data from the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the Service's source code beyond what is publicly available
  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, or surveil individuals
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Free tier: The free tier includes 10 AR views per day and 5 saved properties. No credit card is required.

Paid plans: Pro ($9.99/month) and Agent ($29.99/month) plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Property Data Disclaimer

Property data displayed in the Service — including estimated values, sale history, beds, baths, square footage, and tax information — is sourced from third-party data providers including ATTOM Data Solutions and OpenStreetMap contributors. This data:

  • May not be accurate, complete, or up to date
  • Should not be relied upon for financial, legal, or investment decisions
  • Does not constitute an appraisal, valuation, or real estate advice
  • May differ from actual listing prices, assessed values, or market values

Always consult a licensed real estate professional and verify data independently before making any real estate decision.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding third-party property data), is owned by AR Property Viewer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Property Viewer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on property data displayed in the app.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that property data will be accurate or complete.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
